This is a blog all to do with Method Freerunning so basically it's going to include youtube videos from our channel, info on Parkour and Freerunning, videos we've found and thought you readers might like...pretty much everything to do with us.
Method Freerunning is made up of myself, Cameron and Justin and we wanted to share our parkour videos with everyone and hope that just maybe, one day we might be as good as teams like Storror and Tempest Freerunning.
