This is Method Freerunning's blog (as you may or may not have already guessed). We set up the team about five months ago and since then we have improved in leaps and bounds. We learned from our mistakes, picked up new techniques and are still getting better with each session.
Our team is based in Scotland and is made up of three members (two being more active). The members are Murray, Cameron and Justin...
Murray
Favourite vault:
Double kongs. Definitely.
Favourite move:
I quite like side-flip ninties...oh, wait - front threes! (front-flip 360's)
Fear:
Backflips. Mainly because I nearly broke my neck attempting one and once I over rotated trying to backflip and almost dislocated my shoulder. I had a dead arm for ten minutes straight after that and couldn't pick up anything heavy for at least a week. But I'm slowly learning how to do them...emphasis on the slowly...
Inspiration:
I have many inspirations as I regularly look up new freerunning/parkour videos. My favourite freerunners are Jason Paul who is sponsored by Red Bull and is part of Team Farang; Anan Anwar who is also in Team Farang, Shaun Wood (Team Farang) and Pasha (Team Farang) Basically, I live and breath team Farang.

As you can tell, Cameron is definitely the most talkative member of Team Method and he just loves opening up to people...

And we have yet to find a photo of Justin. Also, we still need to do his Q&A too, so keep a look out for that :)
